Mealtime Monday: Salad Bar Fixings

Continuing my tradition of not eating Mexican food in Mexico, here’s another helping from a salad bar in Guadalajara.  Some vegetable tempura, stir-fried vegetables (nothing says Mexico quite like mung bean sprouts) and a salad topped with goat cheese, seeds and Italian vinaigrette.  Oh, and some yummy parmesan-garlic bread in the background.
