WPC: An Unusual POV in Barcelona Spain

parc de la ciutadella

This week’s photo challenge asks us to share a photograph taken from an unusual point of view.   I’ve seen lots of amazing photos of the beautiful fountain in Barcelona’s Parc de la Ciutadella, but I’ve never seen another shot of the fountain’s statue of Neptune taken from above!  It was nice to spend a few winter months in Barcelona because the relatively brisk air scared away a lot of the tourists, allowing me to take lots of great shots of the uncrowded city.  I have been back to Barcelona in the summer, but if I’m to return a third time it will definitely be in the winter once more!
