Mealtime Monday: Veggie Burger Binge

Yes, that is an upside-down veggie burger shot.  It makes me dizzy.  Does it make you dizzy?  The patty is made from “chick pea, black bean, cumin, fresh cilantro, almonds, quinoa and almond butter”- that’s healthy, right?- and it’s topped with “goat cheese, curry aioli, butter lettuce, tomato and red onion”- which are also healthy, right?  On the side we’ve got some semi-traditional poutine, here it’s fries topped with mushroom gravy, cheese curds and bourbon barbecue sauce.

Props to Bin 4 Burger Lounge in British Columbia, Canada for having two different veggie burgers on their menu plus giving diners the option to replace any burger patty with grilled tofu!
