Vegetarian Pizza

A delicious, thin-crust pizza.  A side of marinara sauce.  A Lavazza ash tray.  Where can one find all of these Italian staples?  Why, Romania of course!  In all honesty, a lot of the best vegetarian pizza I’ve ever eaten was in Romania, where they combine that authentic Neapolitan crust with a little less cheese and a few more toppings than the average Italian.  Red onion, red bell pepper, black olives, artichoke hearts and corn adorned this vegetarian pizza, eaten at Giovanni’s in Suceava.
